MY LITTLE ONE & ME at JARDIM DA ESTRELA
In May we will continue with our MLO&Me classes at Jardim da Estrela! Don't forget to bring a blanket to sit in and as always book your spot online as there is a limited amount of babies/parents so that the class goes as best as possible :)

SUMMER WORKSHOPS & CLASS PACKS
This July we will be having a series of workshops on different musical components, techniques and genres. The workshops will take place over 2 days in a week and will include 8 classes of 60min each. These intensive workshops are a great way to explore a new area within the music world that you’d like to try or deepen your practice in one of these components. We will continue to share updates on more workshops and activities for kids coming!
Songwriting with Angelica Mondays & Thursdays at 12pm You will be guided you and given the tools to learn how to write lyrics and music to create your own songs. Knowledge of musical theory, instrumental or vocal skills is not necessary!!
Piano for no Pianist with Jean Marc Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm In this workshop you will be introduced to the world of improvisation and jazz. You can be a beginner or non-pianist. You will experiment with chords and learn how to use improvisation on the piano.
Digital Music Making with Dominic Dates to be confirmed Want to make your own beats and produce your own tracks? In Digital Music Making you will use Garage Band software to learn the basic concepts behind the software used to create music on computers. We'll learn how to use samples, create drum beats, and basic notions of recording in MIDI and with microphones and much more!
CLASS PACKS During the months of July and August we have class packs of 4, 6 or 8 classes available. During the holiday months we have a little more flexibility in terms of time/days and this way you can arrange with your teacher directly the time of the day that is most convenient for you and your teacher. Or if you would like to try a new instrument you can buy one of our packs and spend some of your summer time diving into a new hobby! Contact us to know more :) [email protected] |

The JazzVoice Class with Nina Pedersen started in November last year and has carried on ever since! This is a great workshop and we have been learning so much with Nina! In this class we explore our voices and improve our musicality through different exercises that include vocal technique, ear training, rhythm and harmony. Don't miss out on the last few sessions before the Summer!!

ENROLMENT FOR SEPTEMBER |

We are starting enrolment for September 2023 in June! As always we have a variety of individual instrument classes that can be taught at home or at Music Room and we have amazing group classes for different age groups. If you would like to continue with your lessons or/and sign up for new ones you can enrol and secure your classes already in June. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us! Enrolments for June - send us an email ([email protected]) with the age, class you’d like to sign up for and preferred time and day of the week. |

These are just some of the reasons why we believe so much in group classes, especially for young kids. They learn to share with others and gain more motivation, making them more involved with music and the world.
Just like last year, in the first week of September (week of 4th - 8th September) we will do open classes, free of charge, so the kids can try out different group classes before choosing. For this to be possible however, we need you to send us an email so we can put you on the list since our capacity for the trial classes is limited. Contact us [email protected] with your name, age and which group class you would like to try!
