BASES STARTER KITS U-SPOT M2M PROMOTION
Description
Barcelona Smart Technologies S.L (hereinafter Urbiotica) with CIF: B66849514 and domicile in Joaquim Molins, 5, 4º1ª plans to carry out a promotion through which will give away starter kits of the solution with U-Spot M2M.
During the Smart City Expo World Congress, visitors to Urbiotica’s stand will be able to participate in this promotion to obtain a starter kit gift of the parking solution. The starter kit is composed of:
· 3 U-Spot M2M sensors with 12 months of connectivity.
· Access to the U-Admin platform
The gift includes the delivery of the devices.
The installation must be carried out by the winner with the support of Urbiotica's technical service.
Mechanics of the promotion
The promotion will take place during the Smart City Expo World Congress, that will be held at Fira de Barcelona from the 19th to the 21st of November 2019.
Any attendee to stand A150 may participate in the promotion by filling in all the fields on the promotion card and as long as they meet the requirements to participate. The participant must describe the reason for the interest in receiving the starter kit, which will be the main selection criteria for getting the gift privileging companies that can bring a greater volume of business to Urbiotica.
Winners will be announced during December 2019 by email.
The starter kit will be delivered on a date to be agreed, during the first quarter of 2020.
Urbiotica reserves the right to give away more than one starter kit if considered appropriate.
Requirements to participate
- · The starter kit must be installed in the countries where the system currently operates: Spain, Italy, Germany, UK, Ireland, the Netherlands or Czech Republic.
- · Other countries may be valued by Urbiotica based on the availability of NB-IoT coverage by the company’s connectivity providers.
- · Be a private company that reasonably responds to the profile of a company capable of marketing Urbiotica products in the country in which it is based, as long as there are no Urbiotica distributors in that country.
Image rights
The winners authorize Urbiotica to reproduce, use and disseminate the company, name, surname and image of the winner in any advertising or promotional activity related to the promotion in which the winner has won, in any media or social network and without time limit, without such use conferring any right of remuneration or benefit except for the delivery of the starter kit, in accordance with the rules established for this promotion.
Protection of personal data
Urbiotica informs you that the personal data collected within the scope of this promotion will form part of a file owned by you and domiciled in Barcelona, Calle Joaquim Molins 5, 4º1ª, and will be processed for the purpose of managing your participation in this promotion and publicizing your data in the event of which you are winner.
The personal data provided by the winner or winners to participate in this promotion must be truthful and accurate.
Any false communication of personal data will entitle the organizers of this promotion to disqualify the winner to participate and be able to dispose of the corresponding prize.
Responsibility
In the event that, due to force majeure, the prize described cannot be awarded, Urbiotica undertakes to replace it with another of similar characteristics and equal or greater value.
Urbiotica and, where applicable, the companies collaborating in this promotion shall in no case be liable for any damages of any nature, direct, indirect and/or circumstantial, whether immediate or deferred, which may appear on the occasion of or as a consequence of the enjoyment of the gift.
Dispute resolution and applicable jurisdiction
A maximum period is established for the reception of complaints sent to Urbiotica, so that after 3 months from the end date of the promotion no complaint related to it will be dealt with.
