Course Qualifications for California Therapists: All of Elizabeth Irias's courses listed on ClearlyClinicalTraining.com and Thinkific's Clearly Clinical site meet the qualifications for hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences through CAMFT CEPA. Elizabeth Irias, LMFT, is approved by the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs; CAMFT CEPA-approved CE Provider #99380. Elizabeth Irias, LMFT maintains responsibility for all courses and their content.
 
Course Qualifications for California AOD Counselors: All of Elizabeth Irias's courses listed on ClearlyClinicalTraining.com and Thinkific's Clearly Clinical site meet the qualifications for hours of continuing education credit for AOD Counselors as required by the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals. Provider approved by CCAPP-EI, Provider #5-17-274-1119 for CEH'S. Elizabeth Irias, LMFT maintains responsibility for all courses and their content.
 
Certificates: Certificates will be awarded to participants via email immediately following the successful completion of the course's associated post-test and evaluation.  Participants must achieve at least a 70% grade in order to receive a certificate of completion.  There is not a limit to the number of times that a participant can attempt the post-test.  Partial credit will not be provided to individuals who do not complete the required coursework and fail to complete the associated post-test with a passing grade.  A completed evaluation is required for a certificate of completion to be issued.  Access to completion certificates (if received) via your Clearly Clinical account expires 90 days from the date of completion; it is recommended that users download and retain a copy of their certificates for their records.  Clearly Clinical maintains copies of these certificates for 5 (five) years from the completion date of the course; participants can email [email protected] to request an emailed copy of a certificate if account access has expired.  Per CCAPP, certificates of completion must be retained by the participant for a period of four (4) years after the course concludes.

Grievances: In the event of a grievance, participants are asked to put concerns in writing and submit via email to [email protected]. All grievances reported to the CE Program Administrator will be responded to within 6 business days.
 
Refund Policy: In general, refunds will not be provided.  Registrants who do not complete their course(s) will not receive a refund.  Registrants who purchased the course but did not achieve a passing grade will not receive a refund.  A $20 charge will be applied to credit cards denials. 
 
Course Access Expiration: Course access will expire 90 days after the date of purchase.
