If you're reading this, you've probably heard things about being in the moment and being mindful. And while learning to live in the present moment is an amazing practice and can be life-changing, I'll be the first to tell you that it's definitely something you have to cultivate and someting that will an ongoing practice.


I've always been an overthinker and someone who has spent a lot of time daydreaming and worrying about the future. However, beginning my meditation and yoga practices after having my daughter taught me how important it is to be in the moment.


Practicing mindfulness:

  • Helps you focus.
  • Improves your mood.
  • Increases your resilience.
  • Enhances your creativity.
  • Reduces anxiety.
  • Brings emotional balance.
