What Is FMT?
Functional Mobility Training is a strength and conditioning program for your joints. The more functional your joints are, the more athletic you become, and the less likely you are to get injured.

What Will FMT Do For You?
How often do you use your joints? All day every day right? Wouldn't you want them to be stronger?
 
A stronger joint is a more functional joint. A more functional joint means that you have more movement solutions through the entire range of motion. More movement solutions lead to a more robust joint will less of a proclivity for injury.
