Love is the Answer

Being a mom is not easy. We believe it is OK to not have it all together. What is not OK is to feel alone and hopeless. The Joy~Full Project aims to support new moms with babies under one year old who are struggling by reminding them that they're not alone and giving them tools to support their maternal mental health.

Joy is the Purpose

Postpartum depression and anxiety are the #1 complication of pregnancy. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders affect 1 out of every 5 moms. Anxiety, irritability, agitation, insomnia, anger, and constant worry are very common. By raising awareness, our goal is to promote healing and find joy.

Giving is the Solution

We use every single dollar donated to provide mamas in need with self-care items and resources that make their lives a tiny bit easier. By giving out our BAGS OF JOY & COMFORT, we strive to offer the hope, comfort, and joy these women so desperately need.

WHAT IS A BAG OF JOY & COMFORT?

Our BAG OF JOY & COMFORT sends emotional support to moms who are struggling as well as provide them with a few self-care items to promote good mental health and well-being.
