Free 20 Minute Guided Relaxation

  • Let yourself take a break from the busyness of life, boost your health and immunity and let your mind have a rest from constant thoughts.
  • This relaxation video will show how to relax by guiding you into a deep relaxation. As you gently release tension from your body and allow your breathing to soften your body you will also begin to let go of the worries of your day.
  • Allow physical and emotional tension to leave your body and clear your thoughts.  This can take you to a place where you stop feeling overwhelmed by too many thoughts. Take the time for yourself to feel peaceful and happy to simply be.
  • Notice the effects of this on your concentration, focus, energy levels and inner fulfillment when practiced once or twice a week.
