As a premium player in the Pakistani innovation ecosystem, the National Incubation Center prides itself in bringing holistic solutions for its startups. That means helping startups with investor readiness and connecting them with investors. The NIC investment initiatives have helped startups raise more than $21 million.
The National Investment Summit is a platform that showcases handpicked startup founders and connects them with the leading investors from across the globe. For investors, it presents a unique opportunity to invest in startups that are ready to go big. This edition of the NIS came to an end with our Startups pitching to the investors from around the globe and we had some great pitches from our participating startups, plenty of whom have received bookings for one-on-one office hours with investors.

Interested in joining our coffee club? The Founders Coffee Club (TFCC) is a founder’s community that brews idea together and sip them away with success and aspirations. At the Founders Coffee Club meetups, startups come together to discuss their challenges and huddle together to find solutions on the fly. The National Incubation Center in collaboration with Allied bank is proud to present the “Fintech Hackathon 2022”. Fellow participants will go through an extensive bootcamp full of trainings and information which will equip them to win PKR 2 million worth of cash prize. The NIC was pleased to invite differently abled people to visit the facility and introduce them to the startup ecosystem as well as to understand the business reasons to hire disabled people, the initiatives, and the disability sensitization measures undertaken by the organizations to promote an inclusive work culture.

Nouman Ali Khan a Pakistani-American Islamic scholar came to visit NIC and learn more about what the startup ecosystem is and how NIC is facilitating startups. It was our pleasure to show him around the award winning NIC facility, and have him meet with some of our star startups to discuss areas of future collaboration. Hamza Bhatti, one of the top trending influencers in Pakistan, came to NIC to give an exciting session on his "The Dadho Mazo Ayo Workshop". He gave a demonstration on his creative process of covering food for the first time, that to live at the National Incubation Center, in collaboration with Sony.
