Base Malt – Simpson’s Golden Promise A heritage malt chosen for its exceptional balance and silky mouthfeel. Golden Promise provides a soft, slightly sweet backbone that lets bold hops shine without overpowering the beer.

Hops – Galaxy, Azacca & Citra (Double Dry-Hopped) Citra delivers bright citrus and tropical aromatics driven by bio transformed fruit compounds. Azacca adds lush mango and ripe tropical fruit character. Galaxy brings punchy passion fruit, peach, and clean citrus with no pine or spice.

Yeast – Norwegian Kveik (Hothead) Fermented with a traditional Norwegian kveik strain known for its clean profile and subtle honey-mango aromatics, perfectly complementing modern, fruit-forward hops.
