And just like that we’re in February
I have to say that January for me was quite busy, with practicing yoga, teaching yoga , writing, doing courses and creating.
One thing I have notice since the training that we did in Bali is that my yoga practices have become deeper
I have been practice Moola Manta Meditation, Yoga and journelling every morning and I would highly recommend this.
I have found this to be very powerful and this has become my new normal .
I would like to share some of these practices so, if you’re keen let me know via email or drop me a PM
Maybe, I’ll put something up on YouTube as well
So its been over 6 months since I moved out of the corporate job and I must say that the shifts are still happening for me
Over the years I have been looking at lots of different techniques, including yoga to help us all find a place of calm, even in the most stressful times.
Some of what I have found and tweaked will be available to download soon.

I will be starting up a New Subtle Flow and Yoga Nidra class in the coming months so keep and eye out for that.
Yoga Nidra is a wonderful practice so if you haven’t practice it before drop in once the class goes live.
We are also running a 2 hour Yin Yoga Immersion called “Cultivating Mindfulness” on May 18th
