This art therapy workshop by Anne-Claire Hoyauxuses uses art to gently address emotions, through drawing, writing, crafts, painting, music, and some movement.
No art skills are required and the children choose their preferred art forms. They are invited to create freely and intuitively, using their spontaneous inspiration more than any special techniques.
The idea is to exteriorize feelings differently than with spoken words. We use arts as an alternative way to connect with inner emotions.

This summer we are combining two of the most beautiful and fun activities in Rua da Arrábida! Ceramics & Music Come and create ART with your hands every morning in July! Monica will be waiting for you to help you make the most beautiful things! At noon we will delight ourselves with a delicious lunch at ORIGEM!
In the afternoon? in the afternoon music!!!! Yes! Our creativity continues without limits at Music Room. We will create recycled instruments, learn how to put music in visual art pieces and much more!

In our class we explore our voices and improve our musicality through different exercises that include vocal technique, ear training, rhythm and harmony by choosing our repertoire from the amazing American Songbook. The Class is open for everyone who is curious about Jazz, who already knows a little but would love to learn more. Therefor it is not essential to have an amazing vocal range or technique to sing Jazz which makes it great if you've never sang before.

Musical Legends: Bands that Inspired Creativity Across Generations.
In this text, we wanted to share some of the greatest bands that have transcended barriers and time, leaving an indelible mark on musical history.
These bands have not only made an enduring impact on the industry but have also served as sources of inspiration for later generations of artists. In fact, even the greatest bands have sought inspiration from their predecessors to create their greatest hits.
We should not be afraid to draw inspiration from other artists; rather, we should listen, learn, absorb, and experiment with what we've learned to find our own distinctive style. Music is a journey of constant discovery, and the influence of other artists can be the catalyst that drives us to explore new creative frontiers.
Led Zeppelin, rock band that was extremely popular in the 1970s. Although their musical style was diverse, they came to be well known for their influence on the development of heavy metal.
Known for their distinctive and psychedelic sound, their were pioneers in the rock industry and they became the inspiration of many other legend bands like Queen.
The group was influenced by various kinds of music, including early rock and roll, psychedelic rock, blues, folk, Celtic, Indian, and Arabic music.
That shows that you can also find inspiration in cultures from all over the world, and times! We have so many rich cultures and sounds, that go way over past any barriers!
Queen, rock band whose fusion of heavy metal, glam rock, and camp theatrics made it one of the most popular groups of the 1970s. Although generally dismissed by critics, Queen crafted an elaborate blend of layered guitar work by virtuoso Brian May and overdubbed vocal harmonies enlivened by the flamboyant performance of front man and principal songwriter Freddie Mercury.
The band constructed a sound that was part English music hall, part Led Zeppelin, epitomized by the mock-operatic “Bohemian Rhapsody,” That was heavily inspired by the Opera.
Queen was and is one of the most influential bands, with a unique music, with really diverse inspirations from different genres of music, this shows us that we don't have to stay on a predetermined path! To compose is to experiment! Even if you want to be in a heavy metal or a pop band, you can also enjoy and find inspiration in other genres!
