Greetings from Ubud Bali!

Yes we are back, and I must say that its nice to be practicing yoga at the Alchemy Yoga Centre in Ubud as well as doing my personal practice at sunrise each morning.

As some already know last Thursday I left the corporate job after 7 years and while there was a lot of "what if" scenarios going through my mind I know it was totally the right thing to do.

Where we located in Bali is quite magical and already the inspirational downloads are starting to flow and so glad they have returned.

As mentioned previously, I plan on running live online Yin classes via Zoom from Bali so I'm really looking forward to that.

Dates and times are as follows

July 14th, 21st & 28th

Sundays 4:00 - 5:00 PM Sydney time

which is 2:00 - 3:00 PM Bali / Perth time.

These classes are free so, if you wish to join let me know and I will send on the zoom link by Friday July 12th

I have noticed that the internet here is as wee bit flakey in some areas so the "live class" may need to be replaced with some prerecorded Yin classes which I will put up on YouTube.

If this happens I will let you know beforehand.
