March Updates & A Wee Getaway

 

And just like that, we’re in March!

 

February again was a full month filled with yoga, teaching, writing, courses, and creative projects. Since our training in Bali, I’ve felt a deepening in my yoga practice, bringing more awareness and intention to each movement and breath.

 

Mornings continue to be anchored in Moola Mantra Meditation, Yoga, and Journaling, and yes Coffee!! ☕😂

 

And for sure, I can’t recommend this enough.

 

These practices continue to be refined, and some of those will be up on YouTube soon.

Incidentally, Thursdays 7:00 AM Set Sequence Yoga Flow has come from my morning practices and downloads

 

And I have to say that the students response to this class has been super positive 

 

Just to let you know, that we’ll be heading back to Bali from mid-March to early April, where we're looking forward to reconnecting with the energy of that space and seeing what new insights unfold.

 

I’m excited to share these soon, so stay tuned!
